BEAUTIFUL 2 BR/2 BA Newly Renovated Turnkey Furnished, Centrally Located Sarasota Condo for rent! Directly on the pool, across the hall from the laundry room (no lugging laundry!) and assigned parking spot immediately outside door!

Fully renovated in 2021, everything brand new! New appliances, bathroom fitures, flooring, all furniture, brand new! Beautifully decorated! Light and airy! Living room and lanai both have pool view. Dining room, kitchen, guest bedroom with queen bed, full guest bathroom with bathtub. Master bedroom with king bed, large walk-in closet with built-in storage and ensuite bathroom. Master bath is wheelchair accessible and has a walk-in, roll-in shower. Also comes with your own eterior, locked storage room with built-in shelving, large enough for bikes, etc.

Village Brook offers two pools, fully renovated clubhouse, exercise room, and tennis courts. Immaculate and manicured grounds, quiet and friendly. BBQs, scenic ponds, gaebos, and beautiful wildlife.

Located just a few minutes from Siesta Key Beach which has won Best Beach in the US many times. Starbucks, Publix, Walgreens, Homegoods, banking, restaurants, gym, all within walking distance. St. Armand's Circle, Ringling Museum, Opera House, great theater scene, home of an annual Film Festival, great scenic downtown, marina, many beaches, Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island, Mote Marine, Jungle Gardens, Sarasota Bradenton Airport, great shopping and dining.

Great condo in an excellent location

Stayed here for 2 months. The condo is located in the rear of the complex so it's away from most of the street noise. The complex is close to tons of shopping, eating, and the Legacy Trail. The patio faces the (nice warm) pool which closes at dusk so no noise at night. Although it is not a 50 community, most residents are seniors and all were VERY nice and welcoming! They screen renters and residents thoroughly which we found refreshing. The laundry room is conveniently located just steps from the entry. Our manager Becky was great to work with too! Would definitely stay here again.
