Lovely condo in a great community with pool

We loved staying here - it was well decorated, clean, airy and bright! And a nice view of the bayou and a bit of the ocean too. Enjoyed having a glass of wine on the balcony. The management group was super easy to work with. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and gym as well. And loved the walking distance to the wicked cantina for Mexican food.

Bright and beautiful condo - Easy process

We had a great stay at this beautiful waterfront condo; the property exceeded our expectations in every way! It was stylishly furnished with modern decor and was spotless upon arrival, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The open layout made it easy to relax, and we especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with its top-of-the-line appliances. Everything was so new!!! We also loved that the unit was right on Whitaker Bayou with great views of the river and Sarasota Bay right from the small balcony. The amenities in the community were fantastic— the pool, hot tub, and fitness center were all well maintained. We didn’t get out on to the water but we liked that the option was there with the kayak launch. The complex itself is super quiet, and the people we did come across were friendly as well. The location is ideal: close to downtown Sarasota, great restaurants, and of course, the beautiful beaches. The property managers were communicative, helpful, and made the process seamless, including the HOA application. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxury getaway.
