Everything we expected and more

The property was exactly as advertised only we found it to be better than expected! Jojo and her team were absolutely fantastic, very responsive, extremely helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. The other guests/tenants staying in the suites were personable and welcoming; our entire stay was more than we could expect. If ever in the area, we would love the return to Cocoanut Place!

Great Time

Wonderful hosts. Great communication from start to finish. We found the central terrace and rear patio eo enjoyable, we ended up having an impromptu birthday celebration here instead of another nearby property where we originally planned to get together.
