Loved our stay here. House was very clean and the location is perfect. Walking up to the sunrise and ending our day with a fire in fire pit were probably my favorite parts. A relaxing stay in a lovely waterfront home. Having a Host that’s very responsive with clear communication put my mind at ease with this rental. We plan to rent here again when at all possible!

We travel quite a bit and this house is one of our new favorites! We homeschool and try to have eco trips at least once a week. In this house it was everyday! We caught fish and Blue Crabs right off the sea wall. You'll watch the sun rise and set over the Manatee River! Dolphins too. House was clean and easy to find. Convenient to parks and beaches. Places to eat are near as well. We would love to stay again!

Interior of house is very spacious and open. Especially like the enclosed patio with huge windows on three sides. Very nice furnishings and wall art. Front yard still has damaged palms from last hurricane, but that's incidental. Definitely recommend this listing.

The sunroom porch and backyard were wonderful, just what I wanted :). The king size platform bed was a bit low but mattress was very comfortable. Host was very nice to deal with when needed.

Great experience

We recently had a weekend soccer tournament in the area and this house was perfect for the trip. We loved the fire pit, the quiet street, and the house was spacious and clean. We were able to visit a couple great beaches that were within easy driving distance. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Our family of three really enjoyed this rental. Very clean and functional. Great view of Manatee River and close to attractions. We visited the Bradenton Motorsport Park, the aquarium in Tampa and enjoyed an airboat/gator spotting ride in Arcadia.

Amazing staycation

Absolute perfection! We live in the area but needed a little more space & wanted a little weekend getaway to celebrate our son’s birthday with family. House had everything we needed but the view was definitely the best part! I could sit & look out at that water all day! Even in August when it was too hot to be outside, sitting on that back porch was perfect! Will definitely be back again!

Property manager had good communication. She was very easy to work with. Location of the house is fantastic and my husband was in heaven fishing. Well kept and cute setup. 2 outdoor restaurants with tropical beach vibe within 2 miles. Wee will certainly rent again here. It was a wonderful Birthday get away for my husband
