Perfect location!!

Comfortable and relaxing

Our 17 year old and young adult children enjoyed our time especially in the pool and outdoor space ! The home is comfortable and has plenty of items for easy cooking and simple grilling . We would stay here again !

Great Time!!!

Staying at the house with the pool in Siesta Key was an absolute dream. The private pool was a luxurious retreat, perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day at the beach. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable, just a short walk away, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful coastline and stunning sunsets at our leisure.

“Our stay at the Sunshine Beech house was absolutely delightful, offering great amenities and a serene atmosphere. The interiors were modern yet cozy, and very clean. The proximity to the beach was a major plus, making it easy to enjoy daily walks and sunset views. Overall, it was a perfect getaway that exceeded our expectations in every way.”

Extremely disappointing and stressful experience!

We booked the Beechwood house in August, 2024 for a six night stay with 7 family members as part of a huge family Thanksgiving week in Siesta Key. We were so looking forward to staying there as the location was great. Received a notice from Vacasa 3 days!!! from our arrival telling us it was no longer available? Paid in full so Vacasa arranged another property in Sarasota. Much further from the beach and on a busy street. A refund would be in order! My second Vrbo experience. The first was in Colorado and everything went great. But this was totally unacceptable!

The perfect house for a family vacation

This was the perfect house for my recent family vacation. It enabled my brothers, my dad and all our partners to be together for Thanksgiving. The spaciousness of the rooms - omg, thye're huge, was terrific for our big family. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to make a few big meals. The lovely pool, with it's large and comfortable lanai was a dream for sunbathing, cocktails and game playing as well. All this in an awesome location, within easy walking distance to the beach which meant we didn't have to struggle with parking at the siesta key main lot. Ahh. Now that's a vacation! Plus we had rooom for all 3 cars to park in the driveway. And my brother's sweet little dog, Reggie, was welcome as well. Now that's a true family get together. Thank you so much to the gracious owners of this house, P&P. You did a marvelous job at helping us feel comfortable and truly made our family time possible. I highly recommend this home to others.

Family vacation

Overall we were not impressed with the rental. Positives: Location. Lots of space for a large group. Negatives: Sheets were all crusty and stained. Kitchen and utensils were all stained and not cleaned up to par with dried food stuck them.. WiFi was extremely difficult to connect to. Very spotty and only worked on certain laptops. Musky stench in the home. Lack of household items such as soap, dish sponge, toilet paper. We had to buy most of it ourselves. There is no direct contact with the owner so it makes it very very difficult to get help and hear back from the assistant. Overall loved the location, everything else needs a tasteful upgrade and attention to detail. Most likely won’t be booking again.

Convenient Oasis near Siesta Key Beach

My stay at 6462 Beechwood Ave was truly enjoyable. The location couldn’t have been better, with Siesta Key Beach just a short walk away. The rental itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The proximity to Siesta Key Beach was a huge plus, allowing for easy access to the stunning white sand and crystal-clear waters. Additionally, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, providing a serene atmosphere and gorgeous pool for unwinding after a day at the beach. The rental property management was also excellent, ensuring a smooth check-in process and promptly addressing any questions or concerns. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Siesta Key Beach. I would definitely stay here again in the future
