Bridal Celebration

Beautiful property conveniently close to the beach. The unit was stocked with everything that we could ever need and having the pool available to us was even more wonderful. The unit was one of the cleanest we have rented and look forward to staying again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Spring Break getaway

Perfect spot for family of 4. Short walk to beach and less than 15 minute walk to Village. Pool was great, very clean. Only thing it can use is new TV in family room, not a great TV for March Madness.

4 separate beds and 2 full bathrooms....perfect for 4 ladies in their 50's! Easy to get to the beach and to the main area for shopping and restaurants. You can walk to the restaurants/shopping or you can order up a ride.

Great Stay

Great location, convenient with beach chairs, wagon and umbrella supplier. Beautiful pool. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for privacy, pool is shared with multiple other Vrbo’s but great for socializing if that’s what you’re looking for.

Great location

We had another wonderful stay. The property is clean and in a great location across from the beach. The trolley (free) pick up is at the corner of the street, making it easy to get up to the village and back. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. They do need some new beach chairs as several were broken and uncomfortable. The pool is beautiful, and the water was warm in July. Looking forward to our next trip.

Great location

We had a mostly positive experience! The location can’t be beat. The pool is just as beautiful and nice in person as the pictures. We did have an issue with having to be very quiet. We were in the upstairs apartment and because of the wooden floors, any noise we made disturbed the guests staying below us. Other than that issue, we had a great stay and would love to come back.

Great location with easy walk to beach. Was able to get into the location early which worked great for our family. 10 min walk to village. Apartment/house was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had their own bed and space. Loved the washing machine and dryer to clean beach clothing. Pool right outside the door. Overall great place to stay!!

Perfect Location Great Annemities

Location is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Private pool was great for the kids. The weather did not cooperate, but we still enjoyed the stay. The property managers were very accommodating and flexible. We experienced an issue with the entry door and a ceiling fan Christmas Eve; the door was fixed within an hour of having reported it and the ceiling fan was replaced with a new fan shortly after. Highly recommend this rental.

Location, location, location!

Our whole family stayed in the Key West Suite. The suite was clean when we arrived. Check in was very straight forward and easy. The property is very close to the beach. My wife and I woke up early and took a walk on the beach on our way to grab some coffee at one of the local coffee shops each morning. Easily walkable to shopping and restaurants or take the trolley. The pool is great. We used it everyday. The only issue we had was the dryer wasnt working when we arrived but all it took was a quick text to Virginia and she had a handy man there within hours to get it fixed. All in all it was a great stay! We loved it!

Nice place and great location

Key West Suite worked for us, but there were a couple things that we thought could be improved. The 3rd bedroom off the kitchen needs a door, room dividers or a curtain to shut it off from the rest of the suite. We were a family of 6, and the 4 of us on the other side couldn’t really do anything in the kitchen or family room area in the morning for fear of waking the others up. The pool didn’t have much sun, which may have been the time of year, and it was chilly so we didn’t get in it. The location was perfect, the check-in was easy, and staff was very friendly.

Awesome location, clean property!

My family stayed at this property in Mid July 2024. The location is absolutely wonderful! It is a short walk to a more private beach access point. This was great because the beach wasn't anywhere near as crowded as the public beach down the street. The property was very clean inside and the outside was well maintained. The pool was very nice, although like bath water in mid-July but that is to be expected. There is lots of storage in the master bedroom which was awesome. I would have rated 5 stars if it weren't for the outdated and uncomfortable spring mattresses in the master and 2nd bedroom with the twin beds. Comfortable beds are an important part of vacation so that you can rest and wake up feeling refreshed. The bed in the master was so uncomfortable that my wife and i woke up daily in pain due to the old spring mattress that sagged to the middle. If this property gets new, more comfortable mattresses it would definitely be 5/5 stars.

Location was great but need updates

First let me focus on the positive. The location was perfect and right across the street from the beach. Very walkable to the little village. Property was clean and the pool was gorgeous. Bathrooms were great but both showers grout needs to be cleaned and the showers need to be recaulked and diverters replaced. I felt as though one of them could’ve fallen off in my hand. The kitchen was adequate and clean but needs some additional items including a paper towel rack, a Keurig coffee maker. many of the VRBO/houses that we rent are better equipped and I was disappointed that this wasn’t the case in this unit. There were spices in the cabinet but there wasn’t even salt! I recommend adding some Ziploc bags and foil if need to wrap food products. I personally don’t like not being able to adjust the air/heat but I recognize there’s nothing that can be done about that. Overall it was a pleasant trip but I do think some upgrades need to be done.
