We are repeat guests. Safe neighborhood for walking, friendly neighbors. Close to Pompano Pickleball Courts, Publix, Crunch fitness, Legacy Trail. We like the minimalist decor. Spacious. Host and assistant are responsive to any needs and communicate if service/repair person will be coming (our stays have usually been around six weeks).

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and fully remodeled. The pool is heated and a great size. Siesta Key beach is about a 15 minute drive. Several grocery stores nearby. The actual neighborhood is a 6/10.

I read reviews on this place some had me questioning my decision but I promise you the neighborhood wasn't bad it was very quiet and peaceful the pool guy was even a help with the weather we definitely enjoyed our vacation don't miss out

This house was decent for a vacation home, it could have been cleaner, and kitchen a little more stocked. It is a roomy house and suits for a larger family vacation. Outside appeal was not the best, as the landscaping and yard could have used some work. The beds slept great and there was a great stock of pillows/ blankets and bath and beach towels. Overall we had a grand time and enjoyed our stay.

The property was perfect! Took a trip with my parents and my two sons (1year and 4years old). The property was everything we needed. Beautiful inside. Bedrooms a great size. We enjoyed the pool quiet a bit, and bbq for a few meals. The owners were friendly and easy to get ahold of. Answered any questions I had before booking the trip. We would stay here again 100%!!! Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed from mid-Jan - Feb 29. Our second time staying at this location and third stay with host Artem. Our road trip down was delayed two days due to blizzards in IA. IL & WI. We had frozen dog food being delivered to the VRBO on the day we we’re supposed to arrive that we didn’t want to spoil. Artem arranged to have it put in the VRBO freezer for us, which we really appreciated. The pool is lovely and a great temp. Location is great for grocery shopping and the Pompano Pickleball Courts (went there for a few hours almost every day). We walked our dogs in the neighborhood, which is pretty quiet. Location is convenient for getting to various parks and the beach. My husband doesn’t want to snowbird in 2025 or we would have booked this same house again. Artem and Alina are great.

This property was not “newly remodeled” as described. It’s an older home that still needs some updates. It was clean and the property manager responded quickly to questions. The neighborhood is a little “sketchy” but I felt comfortable to walk during the daytime. The house is a close distance to grocery store, restaurants, and the “legacy trail “ bike trail. We enjoyed this trail every day either to walk or ride our bikes on. I would say compared to other properties the price is average to slightly higher and for that reason they need to make some improvements and updates. But we did enjoy our stay and appreciated the fenced in yard for our dogs.

We enjoyed our vacation although we did have comments to make in regard to the house. They had two beach chairs that were very old and an umbrella that didn't work so we ended up having to rent equipment for the beach which was quite costly. The towels were very old and worn and need to be replaced. The barbeque was filthy and the electric starter didn't work. No matches in the house. The large sofa bed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. On the positive side, the pool was nice but the surface around the pool needed a good power washing. We would not rent this property again.

The inside of this house was not clean. Upon walking on the floors, our feet were instantly dirty. The main bath had mold on the shower door and around the window. The second bath had mold around the tub that had been caulked over. The pool decking was extremely dirty with peeling and chipping paint. Needless to say this got instantly tracked into the house. We were constantly mopping to keep the environment clean. We consulted the owner about the situation. He told us it was pollen, but we felt it was much more than that, we left early from our trip because we felt uncomfortable being around the mold for any longer than we had to be. Overall, very disappointed with this experience. Future renters beware, the online pictures are deceiving.

The home was very clean and as described in the listing, we had everything we needed. Only negative is that the neighbourhood doesn't give you the best first impression, especially when arriving at night time! In any case, we didn't end up having any problems.

Great location with shopping, parks and activities nearby. Pompano Pickleball about 5 miles away. House has all hard surfaces, which is great for traveling with dogs. We enjoyed the pool area a lot! Neighborhood is quiet with very light traffic, so easy to walk the dogs. Beds are very comfy. We had a great stay. Artem and Alina are great hosts.

This was a very clean place to stay with everything you could possible need as far as kitchen goes. My daughters family stayed with us and we really enjoyed the pool with our grandsons. It was also very nice to have a garage to park in with the thunderstorms that seem to come on the evening. Siesta beach was absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay and if we were to visit Sarasota again we would stay here.

We had a lovely stay in Sarasota and especially enjoyed the enclosed patio and heated pool of this beautifully maintained home. The location was personally convenient for us, yet near enough that we didn’t mind the 20 minute drive to spend time at the beach.

Overall very good property, would stay again. Pro's -- great location in a working-class neighborhood only 15 minutes to Siesta Beach, garage fits a large SUV, inside has been updated, nice kitchen, heated pool, fenced-in yard. Con's -- yard needs improvement, pool deck and "cage" need updating, could use more seating in the living room, and bedroom carpets are well worn.
