Nice getaway

The property had good proximity to the beach. The pool was over-crowded (not enough chairs), and my unit didn’t have hot water. Overall, the location was great and I had easy access to the rest of the island.

Weekend stay was perfect

This is a perfect studio for a few day stay. Very clean with modern finishes. Great location close to beach and South Island end for nightlife and the 7-11 for quick grabs. Resort is clean and although we did not use the pool it was very nice. We highly recommend this unit!

Weekend Get-away

We had a quick trip planned and knew our time for relation would be limited. Our stay was so close to the beach that any spare time we had we could enjoy there instead of searching endlessly for parking. The room was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

Great again

We stay here every year. The room probably needs some updates, but is still very clean and well taken care of. Overall, t's a great location and great place to lay your head down.

Great location

This is a very well kept property. The location is excellent, 5 minutes to beach. However, the shower faucet is falling apart. Very difficult to get correct water flow because of damaged shower head and damaged valve. Also, internet was not working in the room.

Cute studio, great location

Great location right by beach entrance and near pool. Unit is smaller (like a hotel room with kitchen) but great if just 2 of you and you don't plan to spend much time indoors. It is updated with nice decor. Extra convenient that the free trolley to take you to the Village picks up right near community on the main road. Only thing I'll mention is that photos showed outdoor space, like balcony with seating, there is none for this unit. Other buildings have deck space, but not this one.

The property was clean and location was great! However, staff was not around to assist. St check-in we were only given 1 key and I had to get a 2nd from housekeeping. The WiFi did not work and we could not find anyone in the office to assist.

Simply Amazing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio was perfect for a getaway for 2. My boyfriend and I went for my birthday mid August and the trip was amazing. The kitchen came with everything needed for cooking and cleaning up. They left plenty of towels for showers and to use on the beach. The in studio washer and dryer came in handy so we didn't have to travel home full of sand and smelling of the bay. The location was tucked away behind a couple larger condo buildings but we enjoyed the quiet. The hot tub could use some maintenence but we spent the majority of our time at the beach, which was only a couple minuet walk. They had free use chairs and umbrellas and an assortment of beach stuff. The staff was amazingly friendly and kind. We had an absolute blast!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed here 3 times in last year. This time there was NO paper towels....only 1 packet of coffee and nothing to cook with. 2 plates 1 bowl and the garbage truck. At 5:30 am took 20 minutes and woke everyone up. Someone left beach items in the bushes for 4 days or longer as for they were scattered everywhere before arrival and after I left. Couldn't get into pool area, gate wouldn't open with code the entire stay. Will be looking for alternative condo for my next stay. I come 5 times a year. Cleaning fees are ridiculous when there is nothing to clean $100 was to much

Great Location in Siesta Key

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location in South Village is excellent and I very much enjoyed my stay in 100A. This was a great unit for solo traveler but would be tight even for a couple in my opinion. The unit is pretty well stocked with basics not a fully stocked kitchen, though the kitchen cabinets are so high that unless it was on the first shelf it was useless to short me! A small step stool might help that problem. The unit was clean and the bed was probably the most comfortable of any rental I have stayed in! The other furniture was starting to show it's wear but was certainly useable. Without question the best part of this unit is it's location to the beach which is only a short walkway away, maybe a 2 minute walk. Overall, very happy with it and would stay again!
