"Hotel wasn't like the HoltonsbI & my husband are used to. It wasn't very inviting at all. Light covers in hallways were cracked & broken(pics to follow)I e machine wasn't clean... Bathroom had mold. Charged $12.00 for continental breakfast because they didn't have cook. Ridiculous! Linens didn't fit bed. I would rate this a 3 out of 10 & that's cause I'm nice. Not even free coffe in reception area. I will never stay there again & I would like a refund!!!!! "

"This was our 3rd stay at the inn. Our check-in was a bit delayed on this visit. The housekeeping staff was helpful with getting a room close to elevators and doors, my husband has trouble walking long distances so this was appreciated. The brfk lovely and the staff very helpful and efficient. This was a short visit, 4 nights. We did not require room service. Our room was clean, and the staff did enquire if everything was ok."
