  • Enjoy spacious home with beautiful views to the mountains and Utah Lake

    The Space
    Except for the basement (tenants live in the basement) deck and backyard are available to the guests.

    AMENITIES:
    High Speed Internet
    Smart TVs in living room and Master Bedroom
    Game/arcade room

    The space
    There are a couple that live in the basement. They have their own entrance and parking. No space is shared.
    Guest access
    Guest have access to all spaces except the basement where two tenants live. There is no space shared and everything is separated. You will use the main entrance and the tenants in the basement have a separate entrance into the basement.

    You will have two parking space on the driveway right outside of the garage and in front of the house.

    Other things to note
    Check in is done with me where i will give a quick tour and answer any questions you might have.

    Max 2 Pets, Dogs and cats
    All pets must be approved prior to check-in
    No Parties
    No Drugs or Smoking (same regulations are applied to e-Cigarettes)
    Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am
    Check in is after 4:00 pm
    Check out is 11:00 am

Overall accommodations were great. The kitchen was nice, which we used multiple times a day easily. The family room could use more seating. The contact person for this home always responded quickly and was very kind. Quite neighborhood with kid friendly accomodations. ages.

Epic family time

The game room was a hit. The space and decor were inviting. The cute cruise ship towel animals were great and the attention to toilet paper rolls with Christmas stickers were fun. The location of this home was perfect for Thanksgiving point. There are tenants below and normally that would discourage me from renting but we never saw or heard them and hopefully we never bothered them. I’m booking this one again for sure next year.
