Never cleaned, unsafe and full of sigarete smoke everywhere. We woke up at 3.30 am from terrible noice because someone decided to slam walls/doors with a hammer for at least 15 minutes, then someone from the staff decided to do some very noisy cleaning around 04.00 am.
