Great stay in Solenzara

We spent a great week with our two kids in July 2024 in Sebastien's house. The sea view is fantastic and Cannella beach is near and beautiful. We also had a hike in river Fiumicelli, which is only a 20 minutes drive away. We really recommend the tour. Sebastien, thank you for having us in your house. We would love to return Andreas and family

A wonderful escape

We had a lovely, very memorable stay. The view was incredible, even better than the photos, and having the ocean to look out over enhanced every moment. The host was very communicative, and did everything possible to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed, and in general the house was a great location from which to explore the island. For anyone flying in from Ajaccio, the 2.5 hour drive through the mountains is stunning. Our flight arrived after dark, and we didn't see the incredible scenery until our dive back. Good, With Minor Improvements Could be Much Better

Two improvements would make a great difference: first, meet the guest at an easily found location and escort him from there to the house. The house is VERY difficult to find. Second, invest in a queen size or larger bed. A week in a double bed goes from cuddly to crowded. The house has a magnificent view and is well equipped. Natalie, one of the managers, was very helpful, especially in setting up the unfamiliar electric rental car for charging.

Die Villa ist ein Traum, sehr gemütlich und individuell eingerichtet. Die Küche ist wirklich hochwertig ausgestattet, von Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirrauswahl bis hin zur Plancha auf der Terrasse. Der Ausblick aus den großen Fenstern und Glastüren sowie von den Terrassen ist unbeschreiblich schön. Überall im Garten kann man sitzen oder auf einer Liege Platz nehmen. Die Übergabe war äußerst freundlich, und die Umgebung mit Stränden und diversen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ideal. Alles zusammen - perfekt

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Il y a 2 points positif; Le premier est la gentillesse de Nathalie sa réactivité et est très pro, le deuxième c'est la vue qui est comme annoncée dans l'annonce. Pour le reste le propriétaire a oublié de parler du bruit des voitures "j'avais l'impression d'être au bord du périph parisien même mi septembre" le spa n'est pas un spa c'est une petite piscine qui fait des bulles mais chauffée à 28° "un spa la température est de 36° à 38° le propriétaire m'explique que les locataires du mois d'aôut trouve trop chaud je pense qu'ils devraient louer une propriété avec piscine et pas spa il est à signaler que le "spa" les lumière ne fonctionne plus, quand au wifi que de problème il n'est pas illimité, le propriétaire me dit que la tablette de ma femme doit être piratée car le débit est de 100go tous les 3 jours sauf que après une réaugmentation de 100go le problème est resté alors que la tablette n'était plus utilisée. Pour les salles de bain il y a une douche qui est si petite qu'il est impossible de se laver, il faut donc aller dans la baignoire mais il n'y a pas de support de pomme de douche au mur.Il est à signaler aussi les odeurs d'égout dans le 2 salles bain.Il y a des fuites aux 2 lanterneaux quand il y a de fortes pluie.Néanmoins le propriétaire ma proposé gentiment un dédommagement ou une délocalisation,il restait 5 jours de vacances pour moi c'était fini j'ai refusé l'argent car cela n'aurait rien changé j'ai joué et j'ai perdu.Je ne retournerais pas dans cette villa.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est agréable, spacieuse, bien agencée avec une superbe vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Le propriétaire est réactif (petit souci avec le jacuzzi vite résolu). La plage de Canella est magnifique et n'est qu'à 2 minutes en voiture es réactif

Vue magnifique

Maison avec vue mer magnifique malgré le bruit de la route T10. Très bon accueil. Emplacement ideal pour se déplacer et pour visiter la Corse.Nous avons passés une bonne semaine. Maison totalement équipée pour s y rendre avec de jeunes enfants. Seul bémols: des odeurs de remontée d'égouts dans les 2 salles de bains, des toiles d araignées dans certains endroits ( banc niveau de la table de cuisine par exemple) la maison meriterait un peu de modernisation 😉.
