「The property needs an update, the room needs a thorough cleaning and repairs. Some attempts have been attempted but either not completed or not successful at the moment. There should be new bed linens and towels. The bed pillows should also be cleaned or replaced as there was an odor. My assessment is that the property has seen better days and would be better served if they were more focused on improving the quality and appearance and then focusing more attention on the customer satisfaction.」

「I found all the staff to be very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and the beds were soft and comfortable..its a walk from Centennial park where we watched the fireworks. The one negative was having patio doors that didn't open . For our safety, which I understand, but still would have been nice to be able to step outside from our room. 「The facility is a college residence during the year and provides inexpensive lodging during the summer. The problem I had as a short person is that the beds are very, very high so that students can store their gear under them. I asked the front desk for a stool and they did not have any.
