Amazing villa, nice surroundings, calm locality

Villa is great - clean, nice.. we was group of 3 cuple and 3 another friends and everyone could has privat space. There is amazing walking around the seeshore. In village are several restaurants and one small shop. I love Corsica and this villa is my best off. I hope we Ā“ll come again.

Vacances de rĆŖve

TrĆØs belle maison, impeccable pour plusieurs familles car elle est composĆ©e de 3 semi-Ć©tages qui permet de vivre en famille mais aussi d'avoir chacun son chez soi. TrĆØs bon accueil par Maxime qui nous a donnĆ© des conseils et des endroits charmants Ć  visiter et pour manger. Par contre petit manque d'entretien, la piscine qui avait tournĆ© Ć  notre arrivĆ©e (mais trĆØs bonne rĆ©activitĆ© de Maxime et du propriĆ©taire), les chasses d'eau qui fuient et surtout le plus embĆŖtant le manque de climatisation dans la partie du haut lĆ  oĆ¹ se trouve les 2 chambres parentales. Heureusement que l'on a trouvĆ© un ventilateur portable qui nous a un peu sauvĆ© nos nuits car mĆŖme les ventilateurs plafonniers sont hs. Mais ces petits inconvĆ©nients n'ont pas entachĆ© notre sĆ©jour qui a Ć©tĆ© un vrai rĆŖve. Et je confirmes couchĆ© de soleil Ć  tomber. Un pur bonheur.

erholsam, gerne wieder!

Objekt ist groƟzĆ¼gig, jede Einheit ist ein RĆ¼ckzugsort, GemeinschaftswohnkĆ¼che super fĆ¼r viele Personen, Lage und Pool perfekt. AuƟenbereich des Pools (Liegen, Gartentische mit StĆ¼hlen, Sonnenschirme) waren ausreichend bemessen und in Ordnung. Die TerrassentĆ¼ren waren nicht verriegelbar und die AuƟendusche lief leider nicht ab. Trotzdem haben wir es sehr genossen, haben uns erholen kƶnnen und waren sehr zufrieden.

Nous avons passƩ un excellent sƩjour. Les enfants comme les adultes ont adorƩ la maison. Elle est spacieuse, chacun a son espace. Nous avons tous apprƩciƩ la piscine et la magnifique vue mer et le calme de Tizzano. Le sentier littoral est magnifique et les criques peu frƩquentƩes. Nous remercions Maxime pour son accueil. 15 jours de rĆŖve en famille dans cette maison super bien adaptĆ©e , chacun trouvant son espace et piscine magnifique . Couchers de bonheur mĆ©morables . Juste une remarque par rapport au manque de rĆ©activitĆ© de la personne chargĆ©e de notre arrivĆ©e et dĆ©part . Par contre le propriĆ©taire Ć©tait toujours disponible pour nous aider. La maison est conforme Ć  la description nous avons passĆ© une semaine en famille oĆ¹ nous avions chacun notre espace. La vue est vraiment agrĆ©able et le lieu est reposant. On se sent trĆØs bien dans la maison, et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La piscine ainsi que le baby-foot ont Ć©tĆ© apprĆ©ciĆ© par tous. Nous garderons de merveilleux souvenirs. Super sĆ©jour ! Cela serait bien, pour lā€™arrivĆ©e sur Tizzano, de prĆ©ciser quā€™il nā€™y a pas de rĆ©seau avec opĆ©rateur BOUYGUES et SFR. Une fois arrivĆ©s (merci Ć  Maxime), tout Ć©tait parfait ! Maison avec vue magnifique, trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e et au calme.... bref TOP!

Villa correspondant bien Ć  l'annonce. TranquillitĆ© et bien-ĆŖtre. Rien ne manque, jolie dĆ©cor dans les piĆØces, piscine au top. Magnifique vue sur la mer. Les 9 personnes sont trĆØs satisfaite de la location. PropriĆ©taire et concierge trĆØs amicale. Je conseille cette location.

Wunderschƶnes Haus

Sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtetes Haus in herrlicher Aussichtslage. Leider ist die Pflege des Hauses etwas vernachlƤssigt, viel zu viel Geschirr, unsortiert, teilweise schmutzig. Schubladen in der KĆ¼che vƶllig durcheinander und schmutzig. Als wir ankamen, war noch der alte Kaffee unserer Vorbewohner in der Kaffeemaschine sowie sƤmtliche angebrochenen Lebensmittelreste, zB. 5 Flaschen Ɩl, alle fast leer. Die unteren Etagen etwas muffig wegen Feuchtigkeit, Geckos oder MƤuse in den WƤnden, die sehr am Schlafen stƶren. Schade um das sehr schƶne Anwesen, herrlicher Pool, hier haben wir allerdings auch als erstes alle Auflagen der Liegen gewaschen. 2 Waschmaschinen stehen in der Garage. Die Zimmer sind von Starraum Ć¼ber Eck im OG, absteigend bis zum Keller sehr verschieden, was eine gerechte Verteilung sehr schwierig macht. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.
