The "Seaside" apartment building is located on a quiet side street in the historic old town of Sassnitz, just a few metres from the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea. The Old Town, arguably the most idyllic part of Sassnitz, captivates visitors above all with its exceptionally well-preserved and beautifully restored seaside resort architecture. Here you’ll find good restaurants and cafés with cosy outdoor seating. The sailing and fishing harbour—with many more dining options—the famous Sassnitz pier, and the city centre itself are all just a short distance from the picturesque Old Town. From here, you can take relaxing walks in the Jasmund National Park or along the cliffs.
The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer lake views. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located about 300 metres away behind City Hall in the car park at the corner of Schult-Kruse-Straße and Ringstraße.

This holiday rental is located on the ground floor and is decorated in light colours with blue accents on the furniture and curtains. The bedroom features a double bed and a large wardrobe. The living room has a cosy couch that can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa upon request, as well as a flat-screen TV.

The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a hair dryer and a makeup mirror.
