Beautiful, quiet, and centrally located apartment with a sea view

Our vacation apartment is beautiful, spacious (60 sqm), cozy, and sunny. It is situated in the idyllic old town of Sassnitz. From here, you can take a leisurely stroll through the quiet, charming old town—past its cafés, restaurants, and shops—to the famous chalk cliffs, and later enjoy a meal (such as fish, Italian, Indian, or Mexican cuisine) at the lively harbor.
From the apartment, you have a view over the rooftops and out to the sea. The apartment features various paintings and drawings. We renovated using healthy lime-based paints, which (in our opinion) creates a particularly pleasant atmosphere.
The apartment comprises a spacious living room with various seating options, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedroom is accessed via an open doorway. It is furnished with two single beds. There is also an armchair that could be converted into a bed. Also there is a sofabed in the livingroom.
The apartment has been freshly renovated and newly furnished; we hope our guests feel right at home in this setting. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and everything needed for daily use.
Parking is available at the house for a fee of 3 euros per day. The town of Sassnitz charges a tourist tax: 3 euros per day for adults and 1.50 euros for children.
The lovely garden is furnished with a table and chairs, allowing you to sit, have breakfast or dinner, read, play games, or simply do whatever you need to relax.
