"Pool area was great. room was nice. Light switches in bedrooms did nothing. Upstairs shower was weak. Outside grill would be nicer if it were gas and not charcoal.I am unsure of the value. I would consider this type of property would be somewhat less expensive. 3 parties appeared to be involved. Paradise Beach Club, Happy Palm Stays and VRBO may have all been paid something. ??? We will be more careful in the future."

"Our check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but we were not informed until 4:00 PM that the unit’s AC was broken and unavailable. We were asked to delay arrival while a repair was attempted, and ultimately were moved to another unit after the issue could not be fixed. The host did make an effort to accommodate us by providing an alternate unit, adding an extra bed for our third child, and offering to reimburse us for the ice cream we purchased while waiting. That was appreciated. However, the replacement unit did not meet expectations. The primary bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable and had a noisy waterproof cover that made it difficult to sleep. The space also appeared larger in the listing photos than it felt in person. Additionally, a late checkout could not be accommodated, despite the two-hour delay in check-in. While the host attempted to address the situation, the overall experience fell short and we would not return to this property."

"10/10 highly recommend this house for a large family! We had ages 7 to 78 and it was perfect for everyone. The backyard space is exactly what the pictures promised-clean and warm pool, lots of toys and floaties provided, a Bluetooth speaker in the great porch area. We also appreciated all of the beach chairs, umbrella,sand toys, cooler, and lots of beach towels. All of the amenities provided like coffee,tea, laundry soap,dish soap...we have never had a VRBO provide so much and it was greatly appreciated! Loved the little touches like labeled cabinets in the kitchen,too. The totally fenced in,private yard was so peaceful and only 5 minutes to the beach with easy parking! The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond with communication.We hope to be back next year!"

"This stay was incredible! Stayed for a week, the rental was tidy, organized, & had everything we needed for our stay. The rental was clean, cute & cozy. Everyone in the surrounding condos was so kind. The beach view is absolutely stunning & hosts were easy to get in contact with if needed. Would recommend this stay to anyone & will definitely be returning in the future!!"

"Loved this place- ground floor was a bonus! We could walk right out to the pool deck from our unit. Ocean view was great - pool and pool deck were clean, room had fresh towels and pool towels. The kitchen was clean and had nice plates/cups/cooking equipment etc. We would definitely go back. "

"Paradise Beach Club Resort is a well maintained community in a great beachfront location. The unit I rented was a bright, clean, two-story condo. I enjoyed ocean views and sounds directly from the unit. It was steps to the shore. There was a convenient sand shower.  Key features and amenities include: * Layout: Two-story unit with bedrooms upstairs. A helpful tip is to use the third-floor elevator and the secondary bedroom door to move luggage, avoiding the narrow internal staircase. * Comfort & Storage: The master bedroom offers ample storage and a comfortable tempur-pedic style bed, though the synthetic pillows may not suit everyone. * In-Unit Extras: Includes a washer/dryer and beach gear (though the chairs and umbrella show some wear). * Facilities: The resort features a warm pool and a very minimal fitness room (treadmill and elliptical only). "
