This is our third stay at this property. Our unit was nice, had everything we needed except pot holders!! Our daughter and son-in-law stayed with us, and a few doors down, my sister-in-law and brother-in-law had their unit. My niece, nephew and their two children also stayed in another unit. It’s a great place for all of your family to stay. The pool is like bath water and you can’t be any closer to the beach. Awesome property. Only complaint, the elevator is real slow at times!!!

Beach Front

We love staying here when visiting family on the space coast... It's quiet and relaxing. Condo was spacious, updated, super clean and had everything we needed. Taylor is very friendly and communication was great and kept us informed every step.

A week at the beach

Check in was easy with a keypad entry. All necessary information was emailed to me a week prior to our stay. The view is spectacular - pool and ocean. The living room furnishings are a bit sparse but adequate. The kitchen is well stocked and nicely updated. The two bedrooms are large h with walk in closets. Overall a very nice stay.

Nice property

We stayed in 336 - the unit is exactly as depicted in photos. It was very clean and equipped with basics. It’s clearly a rental property- no personal touches or extras, but it was fine. Communication with property owners was excellent- everything you need to know sent in a timely manner, with detailed instructions. We had a question about how to access tv channels so we could watch the state of the union address and the answer came quickly and accurately. Having an access code to unlock the door is a bonus - no keys to fool with. The property is well maintained and is right on the beach, couldn’t be closer - the roar of waves breaking is a lovely part of sitting on the balcony and watching the surfers, as well as walking the beach. Goombays had the very best fish - the mahi dinner is perfect. If you’re into wildlife I’d highly recommend making the drive to the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge- it’s 50 minutes north and it has wonderful birds, not to mention alligators, turtles, manatees.

Clean, comfortable, modern condo

Our family had an excellent experience in Satellite Beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - right on the beach, walking distance to Dunkin, and a short drive to tons of great restaurants and local activities.

Clean, quiet, great view

This property was an absolutely lovely stay. Right on the beach, quiet, but still close to restaurants and shops (Publix is a 5 minute walk away). Beach chairs (note only 2 although 3 beds) were super handy along with the umbrella and cooler. Would definitely recommend!

Winter Getaway

Condo worked out great. Emma who I communicated with was spot on. Large heated pool and lots of chairs. Pool was cleaned everyday. Only negative was trying to swim in the ocean. There is a reef of some sort close to the beach that is very painful to walk on and dangerous if the waves knock you down.

Stay at Satellite Beach

The view of the ocean is beautiful but this is not a great place to stay. There is no manager onsite at night and some strange activity in the parking lot throughout the day and night. Unit was ok but lots of dog hair on the furniture (we did not have pets in the unit). There was a terrible dog smell but we did reclean and wash the linens and put in air fresheners to try and make it work. Also, had a three hour delay in checking in due to the cleaning service running behind. This looks like an old hotel that has been renovated to efficiency apartments. The amenities are very outdated. We we're very disappointed especially given the rate per night. Old appliances, the master is on the roadside with no curtains for privacy. Would not recommend for a family vacation.

Great place to stay in Florida !

Building and grounds are nice. Plenty of parking. Even had a hose to rinse the salt & sand off your car. Looked to be set up really good for people with pets. We don't have one, but the one's during our stay were all very well behaved, looked happy and quiet. Room was great! Had everything you needed in the kitchen. TV's in the bedrooms and living room, beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean. Pool was great. Location is super with the ocean in the back yard and Publix food store right across the street. All the people we talked with are friendly. Clothes washer and dryer worked great for a unexpected load we had to wash. Plenty of places to go for lunch and dinner not to far away. Not to long of a drive to the space center, You can go A1A or 95. Enjoyed the launch and booster landing by Space X. Had a great stay and may come back again next year. Steve & Lisa

A vacation to remember

This vacation was truly one to remember. The view out of the sliding doors window was breath taking. You are right off the water. During the day you can sit and watch the ocean roll in, walk along the beach, and then at night the stars above are as bright as can be. As for the condo itself, it was wonderful. It felt like home away from home. If I could come back to the location I would in a heart beat.

very nice property.

very nice property. beach was small and rocks in the water at low tide. good beach for surfers. It is a well kept property and condo was very roomy. the beds were comfortable. only problem was the couch. it was very low and we sunk into it. had to use pillows from bed to fill in. every thing was clean and beautiful. smelled a little musty, and needs a new toaster. but all in all a very good vacation place. Jetty beach is a nice family beach. and not too far. "fresh" restaurant was very good.

Perfect was the only way to describe this!

We could not have found the more perfect place to stay. It was a beautiful and very comfortable condo. We were on the 3rd. floor and had the most perfect view from either the balcony looking out over the ocean or just simply rolling over in bed to view the sunrise.Everything was clean and tidy. The things that his place came with were very well thought out. The kitchen had all that was ever needed for cooking if you wanted to. My daughter and I travel to Florida every year to visit family and it was the perfect place for them to come beach side and visit us also.I can't think of one thing that this place lacked.
