「This was a horrible hotel. My husband and I were literally scared to be in our room. The people in the room next to us were screaming until 3:00a.m., banging doors, tv blasting we thought at one point they were breaking into our room. Our phone didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk, we were afraid to leave our room. We requested a smoke free room and the entire hotel smelled of smoke and was not clean. There were no towels in our room when we arrived we had to get them ourself from the...

「The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.」
