First off, the room we got looked nothing like the booking. The room was dirty. The wardrobe was broken and the bathroom was small, im 6 feet tall and could barely sit on the toilet for size. We had bugs on the table and a plug in heater for heat.

Toilet bin dirty,only two towel for 3 person,towel hanger and freezer have rust, sink and freezer dirty pillow cover look very old,blanket have holes.I have picture if you need.I booked two double rooms,one room very bed smelled unbreathable. They change room after two hours and one bed only.They don't have waiting room.

Room 32 should'nt be rented until Watch Your Step signs are posted inside and outside the washroom door. Josephine tripped and fell against the corner of the frig.which cause a large brooze under her right eye. Medical treatment a cold compress to minimize swelling.

We first noticed a spider on the pillow which caused us to search then entire bed carefully. The floor was dirty. The hotel was under construction and parking was difficult. The area was also a bit noisy because of the location.

No soap or towels till io asked, the TV didnt work , the shower controls didnt work , i couldnt control the temperature the balves were screweds properly had a real hard time shutting it off and they still dripped after i did, yellow stains on the bed sheet.. How we doing so far.

The hotel should not be open. One side is in construction; our room dirty , bedding dirty, fridge and everything was dirty. we had to leave and the nice staff cancelled our stay. We are waiting to get the notice from you that no money was taken on the card. Please take this motel off the list proposed until they finish Reno.

Kitchen door was connected to another room with no way to lock either side, you could just walk into the other room by opening the door. The bathroom door couldn’t be locked either. Both the doors would rub on the ground and against the frame making it incredibly hard to open them. The shared kitchen with no locks was borderline breach of privacy.

The entire room was filthy. The beddings look and felt like it wasn't changed in ages. The washroom is in a disgusting condition and there's an odor i the entire room.It was too late in the evening to look for another room. Also the booking was nun refundable. I would have been better off sleeping in the rental van i came in. I took a few pictures. I would never recommend staying here.

We did not stay and will be seeking confirmation of no charges to credit card as discussed with Jobe at the office. There is no restaurant on property.

Just awful! After the manager finally showed up and I checked in, I checked the room and the sheets were dirty! I immediately got a refund and checked out. Do not stay here even if the price is attractive.
