We were however disappointed to find on arrival that the previous occupants dog’s excrement hadn’t been cleared from the garden, a task we had to undertake before allowing our dog out (and there was more than one!). "stunning views from the lounge area via the patio doors and balcony. we stayed in freezing conditions but were lovely and warm thanks to the log burner, logs supplied too( a big bonus). the cottage is beautifully presented and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. we will definitely return at some stage."
