  • T2 apartment of 32 m² with terrace, overlooking the ria of Sauzon, comprising:

    - a living room of 19 m² with new fully fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, 4 induction hobs with extractor, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine),
    - a bedroom of 9.60 m² with two new beds of 80 x 200 cm that can be joined, equipped with anti-bed bug and anti-dust mite protections,
    - a bathroom of 2.70 m² with new furniture,
    - a separate toilet of 1 m²,
    - a terrace of 8m² equipped with an awning.

    Apartment very well located. Bus stop (Pen Prad) and public parking at the bottom of the building. Port with mini-market, press house, bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk away, Sauzon pier 10 minutes away and first beaches 5 minutes away by car.

    Apartment accessible by external staircase so not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Emplacement idéal à Sauzon, cet appartement est tout neuf et très bien équipé. La terrasse est très agréable. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir pris plus de nuits. Arnaud est un hôte exceptionnel qui nous a partagé ses adresses coups de cœur. L’Ile regorge de pépites et nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

Beautiful, relaxing and worry-free

Arnaud was a fantastic host and really went above and beyond to help us have a perfect weekend. The apartment was modern and clean, with views over a little harbor, less than a 1 minute walk to the bicycle hire shop and a beautiful, straight-forward 10 minute walk to the main part of Sauzon with restaurants. We had a wonderful time staying here and can't wait to come back.
