「Family Room: 2 room nice and Clean; 1 room have smell... Not much choice for dinning, Ba」

「smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. 」

「Very good location, have lots of delicious restaurant nearby. You don’t need to worry abt the room key since they will keep it when u go out. And the main door will lock in mid night, so u don’t need to worry abt the security. Same as previous comment, the room is quite small and you will hear your neighbour walking, talking since the wall is thin. The only thing I dislike is their hair dryer. The hair dryer need to keep pressing the button, which make me feel so annoying everyday. And the wire...

「I stayed in suite room Room is big and comfortable also good view But… lot of ants inside the room In bathroom, coffee machine, table… every where Even spoke to receptionist every morning, still ants inside Not only in my room, also some of my colleague room the same They need renovation With such room charges, I am not expecting this level of cleanliness 」

「Nice stay, clean & warm. walking distance to underground with Chinese/Thai & Japanese restaurant. Didn't stay for long and would love to stay longer next time to explore more of the area. One stop away from big department store and outlet, close to Disney too!」

「There is no door for shower room and bath room. We stayed at 1F suit, one room is sofa bed, the safety light was still on when we slept, it was not a comfortable stay.」
