“It's a beautiful property facing Kamloops Lake. The room was fine. The bathroom is a bit small, but functional. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was every time a train went by (tracks are about 150' away) the bed vibrated. Not offensive, just unexpected. There were about 8 trains through the night. Having said that, overall we had a pleasant stay.”

“They should trade the brown towels to white ones. This way we can see if they are really clean. The bar soap was horrible and the shampoo was even worse. The beddings were clean though.”

“Extremely dated. Missing some handles on the dressers and tables. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was moldy. Over priced for the quality. Housekeeping wasn't done even though we put out the please clean sign. Because housekeeping wasn't done, we only had coffee for one day.”

“The room was well organized, clean and comfortable bed. Nothing like sitting outside with a great cup of coffee in the morning. The staff were very welcoming and quick check in. Definitely will stay again.”

“The staff was amazing but unfortunately the kitchen was no up and running. They are trying to get the hotel undated but it takes time and money. It was quite and what ever we requested they did right away with our hesitation.”
