"The hotel was located outside of the main tourist area but was a very easy walk from it. The apartment living space was large but the kitchen was small if one had the intention to actually cook in it. However for coffee, use of a refrigerator and a light breakfast, it was fine. I appreciated the washer at this point on our trip and it worked well. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away on mostly flat ground. The Pri Mari restaurant next door was very good. "

"Property was near the beach ,with a lovely sea view ,which was fantastic,however,the bedroom did not had a double bed as we expected,but two single beds put together,which made our resting very uncomfortable,due to the beds splitting over the night.Unfortunately we had to sleep ,each one of us on his own single bed as the beds split,if one of us tried to reach the middle.I can say we slept individually for the entire holiday.😞"

However, there is no point to pay extra money to stay in this camp - there is nothing special, pretty boring place (even in the evening). The beach is not worth to stay and we rather went to different much nicer surrounding beaches near Umag each day of our stay. I would not consider it next time at all. "The Villa Maria is amazing, we had a thoroughly relaxing time. The pool was very well used by us all but especially my 2 children, the Villa has everything you need for a stress free holiday. You definitely need a car as it is so remote but in our opinion this added to the charm. The owners Valmi and Andreja were fantastic throughout. I would highly recommend the Villa Maria, my youngest is 9 and she loved it. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Valmi and Andreja."

"Very clean and check-in was super easy. Very nice hosts. A great place to relax and enjoy the surrounding olive trees.
