「Great and beautiful place to go」

「We stayed as family with 2 teenage boys in the Grand Residence for 5 nights which was spectacular, with views across the bay and rainforest. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cart ride down to the beach was fun. We had a great time, however were disappointed with the food - one night the fish was inedible. We were also let down by the constant power outages and delay in firing up the back up generator - we were left in the dark with no running water for hours on our first night....

「這次的fiji之旅,唯一有booking到海邊小屋的就是這間飯店.入住時飯店才告訴我因為之前颱風影響, 所以海邊小屋已經損害.無法入住.他們就幫我們改到花園vila.(3人房/兩層樓).還送我們燭光晚餐及massage.飯店認為對我們來說是升級.但我們不這麼認為.因為海邊小屋比較貴.我是好不容易搶到5折價. 另外,我訂海濱小屋是因為我喜歡浮潛.這次旅行最期待的房型就是海濱小屋..如果來不及維修,幹嗎不先寄mail通知我呢??我出發前2個星期還有再問接送問題.回覆時就可以通知我了.我到了飯店,才知道這件事,還跟我說不接受可以退款給我,請問我人生地不熟,不住這要住那... 雖然入住有不愉快的的過程,但這家飯店的員工很親切.廚房煮三餐也非常好吃.浮潛環境不好,讓我很失望~」

「Nothing to like. Avoid it at any cost. Rooms smell bad, dirty. Staff not helpful. No connection from rooms, only at reception. Pool is not being maintained. Water was off on the check in day and power was off on check out. Horrible place .. don't waste your money. 」
