Quiet, peaceful cottage on the lake
This is a quaint 2-bedroom cottage on Razorback Lake. Come relax, unwind, and refresh at this peaceful and beautiful Northwoods getaway! Full recreation, 362-acre lake, boasts only 38 private parcels, 4 state-owned islands, and miles of pristine State-Owned Shorelines. Recently renovated bathroom, flooring, ceiling, and siding. Easy access to the lake via boat or snowmobile. We have two bedrooms with very comfortable queen-sized beds. The loft can accommodate several more guests (best for older kids). Fire pit and chiminea for hours of enjoyment, roasting marshmallows, and hanging out. Hundreds of cycling trails (paths and off-road) are nearby. Hiking, snowshoeing, and snowmobile trails as well.
We have a long private dock to park your boats or sit and take in the view on the lake. We also have kayaks available for use. We do not have boats for guest use, but we can refer you to local businesses that deliver for rental. The cabin is conveniently located on the snowmobile trail.

Peaceful Getaway
Wonderful cabin on a beautiful lake. Close proximity to bike trails and hiking trails. Very dog friendly spot and very thankful the hosts allow dogs as ours were in heaven. Would definitely recommend this cabin and host to others looking for a beautiful place to get away.

My family had a great time at the cabin.

Peaceful, Homey Cabin. 5 Stars!
We loved our stay at Craig's cabin. It had everything we needed and more, for a peaceful and quiet fall getaway. The cabin was super clean, and beds were the best we've ever had at a VRBO. Deer wandered through the yard several times, and it was so quiet! Wish it would have been a little warmer, we would have liked to use the kayaks. Craig was helpful, and a great host. Thank you for sharing your family's cabin.

Absolutely serene
lovely cabin on the lake. It was late in the season, but the fall colors were wonderful. Even though the weather was a little cold everything you need and lots of things that you might need are provided. There were plenty of movies, books puzzles, to keep anyone busy but the views and the peace and quiet were the best bar none. It was so quiet that the only thing that wakes you up in the morning is an owl the beds were simply Divine. I slept better than I do at home in my own bed. I can’t wait for the calendar to open up so that I can book again next year , thank you so very much for allowing me to share this little bit of heaven in the woods. The owners were very nice and kept in contact to make sure that everything was to my liking. I would recommend this property to anyone you won’t be disappointed ever I can’t wait to go back again next year!!

Cozy, peaceful and remote
A very comfortable cottage with lots of character. It is well stocked with anything that you could possibly need! There is a great movie and record collection for entertainment! The host was very pleasant

beautiful views for relaxation
4 days of relaxation. Spent quality time together without interruptions. I have been coming to Razorback Lake since I was 7 years old. I am now 76. We always camped. We no longer camp and still wanted to come here so your cabin was perfect. We enjoyed the deck and if the weather wasn't as wet, we would have used it more. You offer many amenities for your guests. So many books and movies. We are hoping to return again.

Quiet in the Northwoods
I booked for a weekend of solitude away from the chaos of motherhood and it was heavenly. The cabin was clean and full of fun fishing photos and lures. The view of the lake from the living room was made especially majestic by the first snowfall. There was an impressive VCR/DVD and vinyl collection as well. But I never got to it because of all the hiking trails nearby.

Perfect in all ways
Just an overall amazing experience and property. Vilas county is gorgeous in the fall and the cabin added so much. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable, and clean. My dog and I sat by campfires every day overlooking the water. The cabin is updated beautifully while maintaining the feel of a cozy cabin. Biking, kayaking, and hiking galore, my daughter even got in a late autumn swim in the pristine lake. And of course the wondeful Sayner Pub. Can't recommend it enough!

Relaxing north woods get away
My brother and I spent a long weekend fishing in the area. The cottage was the perfect base to explore the area lakes. The cottage was clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners. On top of that the LP collection made evenings wonderful … lots of great music!

My sister and I loved this property. Very cozy, comfortable, and clean. And it's on a gorgeous lake we had an opportunity to explore several evenings - mostly state land. The owners were in proactive contact with us and very helpful throughout our stay. We were lucky to find it - thank you both!
