"Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey."

Although the stairs were a bit narrow and steep, they were still manageable, even with two bulky and heavy packages delivered before our trip. "The hotel is definitely old, outdated but my room was clean. I stayed 3 nights alone & I felt safe! I was traveling back & forth to time square which was perfect for me. I was using the free airport shuttle to my advantage & uber/lyft. I ate at the cafe twice & the price was fair for me. Overall the hotel price was nice for me for New Year week & I spent it going to NYC all day so a win-win situation "
