Skønt ophold - vi følte os VELKOMMEN lige fra vi ankom på Hotellet / Receptionen - dejligt nyistandsat værelse og skønt inventar - dyner/puder alt var i top klasse - supergod Morgenbord - vi kommer helt sikkert igen - har tidligere boet her med stor succes

Generelt godt ophold med små irriterende fejl

Generelt godt ophold med dejligt personale, som dog bliver forstyrret af enkelte små ting. Støj fra ventilationsanlæg om natten i Deluxe værelse, ubehagelige senge puder og intet alternativ udover hotellets 2 eneste børne puder (Medbring gerne din egen pude), en dårlig steak til min kone blev spist af med en "gratis" sodavand (waoo!), lovet gratis frugt ved SPA'en skulle hentes i receptionen på etagen over. Ikke smart i badetøj/badekåbe. Desværre lang ventetid på kaffe/the (ingen mælk) i SPA området når kanderne løb tør. Der skal personalet være langt mere obs og hurtig når de oven i købet bliver gjort opmærksom på det op til flere gange.

Godt hotel

Rigtig dejligt hotel, ingen mangler, og værelset var ny istandsat og lækkert, med havudsigt 😃. Dejlig buffet morgenmad! God gåtur på ca 2km til Sæby Havn.

Modtagelse i receptionen var helt i top. Rigtig god forklaring om hotellet og de services de tilbød. Spa er ikke med i hotelbookingen, men kan købes til for rimelig pris. Spa området er rigtig godt og der var fin plads til alle og ddr er noget for alle. Lækker at aldersgrænsen er 16. Der er kun 500 meter til stranden, hvis man har brug for mere. Der kunne med fordel investeres mere i lounge området med en bar eller frisk frugt. Synd at man skal ud af området for at komme til baren (som er ved indgangen til omklædning) man får ikke glæde af det miljø der er derude undtagen før og efter SPA og der er man enten klar til spa eller træt og går videre til værelse, eller restaurent. Hotelværelset bar præg af at være renoveret, lokalet var fint, men der var ingen aircon, hvilket er et problem med 30 grader varme og 24 grader om natten. Badeværelset har en dårlig indretning, hvis man skal i bad, så er badeforhæng skiftet iud med låger, der ikke kan åbne pga. toilettes placering og vasken. Nok for at mindske mug og svamp, men ikke den bedste løsning. Det værelse vi havde var med seng og altan, virkede fint, men altanen er ikke så stor. Rigtig god service i restauranten og af tjenere, lækker mad der følger samme koncept, som andre gourmet steder med 2-3 retters menu. Morgenmaden var fin, men havde forventet noget mere, når resten var så velanrettet og SPA koncept agtigtg. Fredag & lørdag var der underholdning med musiker, der spille kopi sange. Hel i top.
