The place is old but very confortable. Sea view room comes with a balcony (if requested). There are limited restaurant facilities and the breakfast is a par below what it should be, in my opinion, but otherwise, overall, very nice place.

Traveling thru, our accommodation was very comfortable. It is the down season so not much was going on here or anywhere. Our breakfast was satisfying. Looks like this has so much to offer for a family in the summer. Recommend it in the season for travelers but not for long stay in winter. Would love to have at least one English station on the tv.

Nice hotel on the beach, but the facilities need updating. The rooms have been updated (not the bathrooms). Staff are extremely friendly.

Conoscevo la struttura, con piacere ho notato che per gran parte è stata ristrutturata, per cui l'ho trovata migliorata. Sulla cordialità e l'ospitalità di tutto lo staff non avevo e non ho niente da eccepire. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. La struttura offre molte attrezzature e sono molto curate.

Ottima animazione staff e spiaggia le camere un po piccole una tripla per quattro persone lo spazio disponibile tra un letto e l'altro inesistente andrebbe ristrutturato soprattutto la dependance il cibo ottimo

Accoglienza, molto buona , ma i prezzi per il tipo di albergo sono alti ad esempio la cena di ferragosto ESAGERATO far pagare un bambino come un adulto vergogna inoltre ci siamo spesso imbattuti in veri accumuli di spazzatura dentro l'albergo.

When we arrived the hotel was packed due to a local event. We were given and inferior room where the air conditioning and hair dryer did not work. The next day we were given a better room. However, the hotel was not up to USA standards even though the room was very clean. Hotel selections in the town were limited. We were there to visit relatives. The hotel included breakfast which was pretty limited. If all you need is coffee, juice and a croissant then it's OK. The beach ficility was great, complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The swimming pool area was good but a little outdated. The property also had a separate pool for small children and a play ground. However, at night, the place was very noisy.

Bella la posizione, ampi gli spazi comuni e ottimi quelli dedicati alle attivita' sportive e di intrattenimento. Comoda e ben attrezzata la spiaggia. Ottimo il team di animazione ed il loro modo di approcciare agli ospiti. Unico neo significativo riguarda la piscin principale che ha una profondità eccessiva in una situazione in cui l ripidita' del mare non aiuta quelli che non sanno stare a galla. Se poi aggiungessero frutta fresca al buffet della prima colazione ne alzerebbero la piacevolezza ed il livello. La nostra camera era fra la pochissime prive di balcone. 2 finestra la rendevano comunque luminosa ma abbiamo sofferto la mancanza di un posto per asciugare costumi e teli mare (questo, in estate, e' un problema non banale).

grossa struttura, con piscina (apre dalle 9:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 15:00 alle 18:00) e negozi. ascensori sottodimensionati, manutenzione stanze approsimativa, essenziale, muri macchiati , senza quadri, anche di quelli senza valore,nella mia, all'attico N*721 ho tre gigantesche antenne telefoniche sul capo . l'aria condizionata è centralizzata 13,30 alle 16,30 dalle 18,00 alle 20,00 e dalle 22,30 alle 4,30. stanza 083 Televisore 15 pollici catodico, senza telecomando . (ahahah!) ristorante 7:30 (???) alle10 colazione. pranzo 12,45 alle 14:00 cena 19,45 alle 21,00.... tutto cio' , secondo me, si addice ad un tre stelle (risicato) . spettacoli dell'animazione con musica ad alto volume ben oltre mezzanotte.... La cortesia del popolo calabrese del personale ..aiutano a fare '' spallucie'' ( soprassedere) , ma non è così che dovrebbe presentarsi un 4 STELLE. ottima la posizione a50metri dal mare.

SONO ARRIVATO ALLE ORE 11 E MI STAVANO CONSEGNANDO LA CAMERA SOLO CHE HO COMUNICATO ALLA RECEPTION CHE LA CAMERA LA PRENDEVO PIU' TARDI. ARRIVO IN HOTEL ALLE 14.30 E DOPO AVER PAGATO MI COMUNICANO CHE LA STANZA NON ERA PRONTA E CHE DOVREI ASPETTARE. CON UNA TEMPERATURA ESTERNA DI CIRCA 40 GRADI MI FANNO ASPETTARE OLTRE UN ORA. SALIAMO IN CAMERA E NOSTRO MALGRADO NOTIAMO CHE L'ARIA CONDIZIONATA NON FUNZIONA. DOPO CIRCA UN ORA DI SAUNA LASCIAMO LA STANZA E ALLA RECEPTION MI COMUNICANO CHE L'IMPIANTO NON FUNZIONAVA PERCHE AVEVO LA FINESTRA APERTA. IN SERATA CON LA FINESTRA CHIUSA L'IMPIANTO NON FUNZIONAVA UGUALMENTE. CONTATTO LA RECEPTION. MI DICONO CHE L'IMPIANTO CENTRALIZZATO AVEVA AVUTO UN PROBLEMA ALLA CENTRALINA PER CUI FUNZIONAVA. IN REALTA' NON SI TRATTAVA DI UN IMPIANTO CENTRALIZZATO. INOLTRE HO ACCENDO IL TELEVISORE E I CANALI MEMORIZZATI CHE RIUSCIVO A VEDERE ERANO SOLO RAIUNO, RAIDUE ED ITALIA 1. SOLO LA PARTE (PISCINA, CAMPI SPIAGGIA ATTREZZATA E ANIMAZIONE ERA DECENTE IL RESTO UN VERO DISASTRO

This resort is meant to be all inclusive and were you stay the entire time. It is very regulated on when you eat and when you use the facilities. There was little flexibility on when you eat and when you go to excursions. No excursions were offered on the weekend. Every one seems to smoke in the general areas. I would recommend just checking into a regular hotel and going to a lido while booking excursions on the main strip offices. We have stayed at nicer 3 star hotels than this.
