「Everything was very clean and we felt at home for the weekend. Easily accessible to restaurants, the beach, and other amusements. Highly recommend.」

「This place should not be rented as is. There are many liabilities that need to be addressed and it is not presented well or maintained well. Entry way door is filthy, mud room filthy, circular staircase to second floor is major liability, difficult to manage, needs non slip surfaces and should not be rented to those who are large, handicapped, with children, or who simply even have luggage. There is no smoking or vaping allowed but you sure can smell it from downstairs. Also the super...

「Decent property. Some sand on floor, but this is a beach property. Kitchen sink plug missing so hard to do dishes.Several dishes in cupboard were dirty.Large burner on stove did not work.Overall a nice property. Just a few minor things. We would stay again.」

「While the location and the apartment being pet friendly was a plus, everything else was, at best, a surprise. Our main issue with this location is that it is listed as a two bedroom, but it’s not disclosed that the second bedroom is only accessed through the first bedroom. Imagine a large primary bedroom with a giant walk-in closet, but that giant closet has now been converted into a second bedroom. Additionally, the bathroom downstairs was difficult to maneuver and the water pressure and...

「Great property. Cute place. Note that there are very steep steps to get into the place, which is a conveyed attic.」

「Very close to the beach, clean comfortable me and the dogs enjoyed our stay there」

「Barely adequate. Awkward, narrow spaces and unsafe for anyone with balance or vision issues. Chain lock on entry door not attached securely to wall. Trim board just pulls away from wall. How about some 3" screws that hit the stud! Soft kitchen floor with hole (trip hazzard)Not a comfortable chair in the place. Pillows hard as a rock and beds very uncomfortable.Overall, your typical OOB rental. Only invest enough in the property to make it look good in pictures, sell the location and the beach...

「Apartment was as described. Clean, walking distort downtown and parks. Enjoyed stay. Easy communication with host. 」

「We were staying here for the sake of being able to see a show at Good Theater. The theater itself ended up being within walking distance, and same for a few different places to eat! This worked out great for our plans :)」

「Location was convenient to everything and building was super secure.」

「As expected.」

「This room was actually a scary experience. The area was desolate, located across from a huge parking lot with drug addicts surrounding the building. The Uber driver would not leave until I entered because he felt I was unsafe, especially at midnight. The electric locks on both the front door and my room door did not feel secure. There was no deadbolt inside the room for extra security, so I wedged a chair under the door handle to feel safe. Considering the constant commotion outside and the...

「There is no parking at the apartment. You must find a spot along the road which might not be in front of apartment」

「We loved this place, the location, and the host!」

「Fantastic beach location and comfortable unit equipped with air conditioning (essential during the heat wave that occurred during our stay). Clean rooms, good size and full kitchen; comfortable furnishings.Only caution is that this is a beach-side location and appears to have a bit of a price premium for that reason. It’s justified but only if you’re planning to make good use of the beach.」

「Terrible area with no parking-no lights in entrance- not suitable for more than two bedrooms. Fold out couch setup no good. Stairs steep and dangerous」

「Great place to stay. Location is excellent! One block from the beach and near pier and restaurants.」

「Couldn't beat the view waking up in the morning with the sun coming up over the ocean!」
