Stepping outside you have your own private enclosed garden perched on the cliff top, with decking and an outdoor dining table, perfect for soaking up the scenery. Perfectly placed on the quiet Scarborough peninsula, walk to either beach in minutes, the historic castle, theatres, and restaurants. And for the kids, you are a 5-minute drive from the Alpamare Water Park, Sealife Centre, Surf School, skate park, BMX track and picnic areas. A short drive takes you to Wykham Lakes for sailing, wakeboarding and paddleboarding, whilst Dalby forest offers walks, mountain biking and Gruffalo trails. The house benefits from its own parking bay on the doorstep, with an additional permit provided for on street parking.
