Nice little flat for the weekend

Smashing flat, close to all the shops,pubs and restaurants in the Old Town. Lovely and clean ... easy place to stay with our dog. Thank you for having us!

Excellent property with a lovely view

A really spacious 2 bed 3rd floor apartment with a lovely view of the south bay. Decor is to a high standard and kitchen facilities a good standard. Very nice bathroom with a bath / shower. Benefits from local parking permit, albeit location is subject to availability, but usually only a few minutes away. Not recommended if you have mobility problems as there are 3 flights of stairs. The front door to the property did not lock, which was concerning for security, although the apartment itself had a decent lock on it. The property is close to local, social housing, which may be an issue for some.

Great location

Managed to book a last minute 4 night break over the August Bank Holiday for myself, girlfriend, step daughter and the pups. Great location, great communication with the host and great weather. When we booked I was asked if I still wanted the apartment as I could only have 2 nights and then would have had to move to one of their cottages below. I agreed to this but was pleasantly surprised to be told on the second day that we could keep the apartment for the full 4 nights which we were really happy about as we'd of needed to pack everything only to unpack for another 2 days. We really enjoyed the location and how cosy the apartment was and being dog friendly was a bonus as the fluffy man settled right in and we even managed to leave him alone for a few hours. Would definitely stay again

Great apartment. Especially if you like steps. (Joke). Good location, plenty of room for 4 adults and more. Only 3 of us stayed due to working. Fall out of apartment fall down steps to beach fall back up steps to pubs. Lovely place definitely will book again. Ideal for us as we are active

Excellent overnight stay

The property was excellent, clean, all bedding fresh and comfortable. All amenities were to a good standard. Would definitely stay again .

Don't stay here!!! Or at least pay for it.

Arrived in pouring rain, only to find they had written the booking name down wrong, and because they couldn't find an actual booking in that name, cancelled it. This left us with nowhere to go because of bank holiday weekend. We had numerous emails of confirmation of the booking in the right name. Our holiday (not) was ruined. Took our money, but never checked payment against the booking. Who operates like this!!!!

Last minute Staycation

Excellent location In the town even included private parking spot outside making it extremely convenient. Very clean and professional check in. Will definitely return.

let Down

We had the anxiety of being told on the arrival day that we were not expected until next day despite all correspondence confirming our dates were correct. This was particularly stressful as we were coming to the end of s 109 mile walk for charity in addition we also potentially had no where to stay. We did fortunately find a hotel to stay in but this was not an experience we would want to repeat

Great apartment just 2 streets back from South Bay

We had a really happy stay at the Friarage apartment. It's a very well kept and lovely flat just a 5 minute walk away from the seafront at South Bay. Suited us perfectly as a family with 2 young children. We were warmly welcomed and shown around the apartment when we got there which was a lovely touch. Thank you!

Beautiful place 🙂

This beautiful cottage was just amazing. Little courtyard to sit and enjoy the sunshine too. Right in the centre of town. A bottle of prosecco in the fridge, ice in the freezer and a lovely box of fudge... perfect touch. Thanks so much. Harry was a teal treat too... 😊

Beautiful little cottage in great location

We loved our stay at the cottage. It had everything we needed as a family of 4 with 2 little children and the location was just perfect. We managed to walk everywhere with our little ones and there are plenty of shops nearby. The beach is a 5 minute walk.
