This exceptionally beautiful 3-bedroom holiday apartment invites you to enjoy a relaxing, wonderful, and unforgettable holiday in Scharbeutz. The promenade and the beach are just a few steps away (less than 100 metres). With two bedrooms and a spacious living and dining area, there’s plenty of room here for four people to spread out.
The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The living area features a large flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with an iPod docking station and Wi-Fi access. The kitchenette is modern and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, a stove, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, an espresso machine (Nespresso), a toaster, a kettle, and everything you need on holiday.
The spacious bedrooms are each equipped with a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. To ensure it’s neither too bright nor too warm while you sleep, you can close the electric exterior shutters throughout the entire apartment. In addition to a cosy atmosphere and a beautiful walk-in shower, the bathroom also features a washing machine.
Outside, a lovely, sheltered south/west-facing terrace with attractive furniture and an awning invites you to relax and soak up the sun. The spa gardens are right nearby. Across the street, you’ll find a bike rental shop, an artificial turf mini-golf course, and a children’s playground.
An underground parking space (the maximum clearance height of the garage is 1.98 m) is included with the apartment, as is a lockable basement storage unit that provides ample space for bicycles, handcarts, or similar items. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

This modern “Strandglück” residential complex, Building C, is located in the heart of Scharbeutz. An lift provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments, which offer views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cosy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
