"Stayed for 3 nights, the hotel itself is impressive and modern, although the rooms don't quite live up to the appearance of the lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was very clean and comfortable! Had an issue getting into my room each night due to the room card being a bit temperamental (don't keep it anywhere near your phone or wallet, although i kept mine separate and it still wouldn't work) but that was a minor issue to what otherwise was a lovely and welcoming stay! Never stay at this property!!!
"Your hotel staff was very rude, when we checked in we noticed the shower hose was broke, my husband reported to the front desk, they said they would send a repair man, I called two hours later, then I was told his colleague, told my husband it would be the next day and argued with me as if we were lying, then I was told to go to another guest in the hotel to use their shower. Cobb webs all over wall, had and issue getting towels and toilet paper. I’m not sure how many guest they serve, but only have 1 iron on the property, I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, the shower size is like a 2x2 size, very uncomfortable. "
