"Room numbering confusing, but a great hotel"

"Been to this same Holiday Inn Express three times in past year. Once, in Dec, brought kids and day for a holiday celebration and had two suite rooms. Excellent rooms, very modern, updated, clean and comfortable. Will stay here again the next time we are in Williamsburg VA. This hotel is our favorite hotel for Busch Gardens (10 min drive) and Colonial Williamsburg and area. Great and fresh breakfast. "

"We really enjoyed our night at the Best Western. It was conveniently located for our travels,and it was a little higher end than we are used to staying at. The only problem was that the AC unit was a little noisy and kept my wife awake. Also the breakfast was mediocre. "

"This is a wonderful clean cheap close place to stay. Staff are wonderful However, the microwave was at an unsafe height- I am 5’5” and had to reach over my head to remove hot items. It also tipped forward easily. Still it was great to have a place to keep and heat leftovers."

"9 minutes from room to bg parking lot. Hot, free breakfast. Staff are very nice. Lots of common areas to lounge in. Corridors were run down and wifi is spotty the further you get away from the reception desk, but the pros far outweigh the cons if you're a family with hungry kids who like rollercoasters. "
