lack of routine maintenance. door card lock needs to be looked at. hard to get cards to read to unlock door. Shower/tub fill lever is broken, stuck up in the shower position.

Very dirty, you can tell they dont clean very often. Finger prints, dust, dirt and more. Pool is gross, the workers were dumping chemicals in with several kids and adults still into during the day. Lots of family's we were woth got a rash from the pool on there skin. Lots of traffic from people that are not even staying at the hotel. Never had towels for the pool area. Water in the main lobby soaking the carpet. Tv around the hotel not working. We will never stay here again or suggest it.

The place is rundown, little dirty. Pool area was packed entire time. I don't know if it's like that alot. But there was parties, one after another all weekend. Very loud. Running down halls all day and night. Railings on pool steps and arm chairs in the room all loose and falling down. Breakfast was not good. Banana and coffee was all I would get. Coffee in room was horrible. Around the doors of bathroom were a bit gross I might add.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property just seemed a little unkept. Perfect for a night stay or business trip. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend for a family. Paint peeling, baseboards not secure in our room. No extra amenities in the suite-bring all kitchen items.

The pool area was nice for the kids. The rooms and beds could definitely use some upkeep and updating. It seems they could definitely benefit from a new vacuum as well.

First of all came to the shower there was a long hair in it then shut the bathroom door bathroom door handle is completely loose try to take a shower absolutely no pressure I can pee better than that I would not recommend this to anybody let alone stay here again

Lights and vents need cleaned. Also they need to check there windows. Walked into our and it was cold andbthe heat was off. Turned the heat on and room wasnt warming up that well. Walked over to the window and pulled the shade back and the window was 3/4 open.

The pool was the only positive even though the deepest depth was 3.5ft, great for kids. Reserved a room that sleeps 6 and was given a room that slept 4 - was told they were sold out and that they have no control over the room assignment. The room was minimally clean, empty bulk shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers with hair on them in the shower. The free breakfast was not edible, a staff member was microwaving frozen “scrambled egg” patties and sausage patties in the microwave provided for the customers. Cereal was stale. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Beds had hair in every one, king bed sheets had blood on them. Overall cleanliness was terrible. Hallway tiles were black and disgusting.

They would not accomodate us to have adjoining rooms, even though hotel clearly not full. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Also, there is a gaming room with 24 hour slots, did not know about that. Somewhat disturbing people were there, in fact , one night 4 policemen there to arrest a man who was there gaming and bothering young women that were staying in hotel. Would not stay agian

Ok hotel, used to be better.
The hot tub had WAY TOO MUCH chlorine. Kids were coughing from inhaling it from just walking near it. There was a large mold spot on ceiling near room 211 on 2nd floor.

My husband and I stayed here for a visit with his mother, who is a resident at Rennes Health & Rehab. Everything was great, at a great price. The convenience to Rennes, dining at Chang's and Kwik Trip, plus proximity to Highway 29 cannot be beat. Would definitely stay here again.

The property, overall, was average... but not what I expected from an AmericInn - Iexpected a little better. I was TOTALLY UNIMPRESSED with the fact that people were sleeping on the couch in the lobby when I awoke at 5 AM the last morning of my stay. The property manager was well aware that this was occurring as he was setting up the breakfast area. I thought AmericInn had better standards than 'fancy flophouse'.
