The rooms were comfortable with sounds of the nearby mountian waterfall. The balcony had two chairs to enjoy the fresh air (when other guests weren't smoking).
Our breakfast was amazing with many choices of fresh offerings and great coffee.

Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised.
