Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier. Die Design-Juniorsuite "Silberfichte" gefällt uns sehr gut.
Der Wellnessbereich ist top und lässt keine Wüsche offen. Das Personal im ganzen Haus ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, insbesondere im Restaurant.
Auch das Wochenprogramm das angeboten wird, finden wir super. Die Schneeschuhwanderung auf der Bieler Höhe war ein grandioses Erlebnis.
Leider hatten wir auch 2 kleine Unannehmlichkeiten, die allerdings schnell behoben wurden.
Was uns allerdings etwas irritiert hat, war, dass wir bei der Buchung einen Tag später 300 € weniger bezahlt hätten.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zum 2ten Mal dort und wieder begeistert. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und lieb. Den Wellnessbereich lieben wir besonders und verbringen dort gerne unsere Zeit. Wir können das Hotel somit für den Sommer als auch für den Winter wärmstens empfehlen. :)

Wir haben uns sehr auf unseren Aufenthalt im Alpenhotel Montafon in der Premium Juniorsuite gefreut, wurden jedoch leider in mehreren Punkten enttäuscht. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir das Spa, das ausgezeichnet war. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt Frau Ema und Frau Schertler, die extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend waren. Auch das Servicepersonal, insbesondere Sophia, war jederzeit sehr nett und aufmerksam.
Leider überwiegen die negativen Erfahrungen: Unsere Premium Juniorsuite war extrem warm (27,7°C), sodass an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Seitens der Rezeption wurde uns keine Abhilfe angeboten – auf eigene Initiative mussten wir uns selbst einen Ventilator besorgen. Für eine Suite dieser Kategorie ist das absolut unzumutbar. Das Zimmer entsprach keineswegs den Erwartungen an eine Premium Juniorsuite, eher einer Jugendherberge, und die Zimmerreinigung war enttäuschend, da nur das Nötigste gemacht wurde.
Auch im Restaurant war es sehr warm, ein Platzwechsel war nicht möglich, da jedes Zimmer einen festen Sitzplatz hat. Auf unsere Anfrage, ob gelüftet werden könne, lehnte die Restaurantchefin Frau Stemer ab. Zudem war es äußerst unprofessionell, dass wir mitbekamen, wie sie hinter unserem Rücken Bemerkungen machte.
Beim Check-out zeigte Frau Houchati kaum Bedauern über die von uns geschilderten Probleme. Statt eines echten Entgegenkommens erhielten wir lediglich zwei Gläser Honig. Hier hätten wir uns zumindest auf der Abschlussrechnung eine Kulanzregelung erwartet
