「Hotels.com cancelled my booking without notice and we ended up waiting at the hotel reception talking to 3 agents asking me to wait for few hours for them to resolve. By the time we checked in the room, the telephone was not working and the sofa bed no ready. 」

「Hotel Krone is our go-to destination whenever we visit Munich. The staff is wonderful and always goes out of their way to make us feel right at home, including our dog. As an added bonus, the hotel bar serves some of the best drinks we have had anywhere. Just a wonderful place all around.」

「Location was great - near a subway station, park, quiet street. But other comments about not having air conditioning are accurate. Was there during a heat wave and it made the room very uncomfortable.」

「extremely bad trip. I went Munich with my parent first time so I wanna stay in same suites. However, the condition is malfunctioning and we have to change to two separate rooms without any choice. They forget we change the room and no one to make up the room three nights in a row which is not acceptable. I remind the receptionist to make sure they have to make up the room in the second dah and third day morning but still no one coming to do the cleaning. Even the towels didnt change and garbage...
