Private: property 600 m2. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 50 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery 50 m, bus stop "Schwendau Drei Linden" 51 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 200 m, thermal baths 18 km, bathing lake 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 19 km, tennis 200 m, walking paths from the house 500 m, skisport facilities 1.3 km, ski bus stop 50 m, cross country ski track 150 m. Nearby attractions: Hallenbad 4 km.
