「Luckily we got a ground floor room because the elevator is broke and according to the front desk, they dont know if it will ever be fixed. The hot tub and pool were also closed. The room seemed clean but the area between the bathroom wall and bed smelled very musty like it had been wet and on the other side of the room, in front of the mini fridge, the carpet was damp. It was quiet and the staff was great. We could have moved to another room but it was on the 2nd floor and I am not able to climb...

「Lots of little things damaged in my room. Dirty air vents and ceiling tiles clearly have water damage that was black in some areas. It had a musty smell. Linens were clean and so was the mattress but it felt yucky in there. The worst was the pool area is carpeted. Whyyyyyy? Water and fabric don’t mix! No slide and pool was freezing. Girls couldn’t get in.
So many things that pointed to mold and mildew issues.
It had such great character im sure when it was kept up better. They charge plenty...
