Many menu options were unavailable, and the staff was very unwilling to accommodate any requests that differed from the norm (for example, someone in our part wanted a portion of muscles, but because slhe hadn't made a reservation, as the rest of the party didn't want to dine, they refused to serve them even though he was going to take the food outside or the room). Not very friendly staff"
