Benchmark Scottsdale hotels

"We found much of the staff to be somewhat standoffish during our stay. The young man working at the watch bar was really the only employee who consistently engaged with us and made us feel welcomed. On our last day, we had breakfast at Blue Coyote, and although our waitress eventually warmed up to us, it unfortunately happened as we were paying the bill and getting ready to leave. That said, the stay itself was enjoyable, and the views from our room were absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of the trip. Overall, while the property and scenery were beautiful, the service experience felt inconsistent and could have been more welcoming throughout our visit."

"The indoor and outdoor Waterpark pool part was amazing so much different fun things to choose. Inside there were tons of other things to do if you didnt want to swim like the ropes course and mirror maze. My 8 year old is audhd and he loved the place. I hope to be able to visit again. Such a fun experience for my family. Bonus the room was clean and had such a cool room design."

"A beautifully romantic and quiet weekend away! The hotel was gorgeous and reminded me of a Grecian hotel nestled into the cliffside. The staff was amazing and incredibly attentive. Every meal that we had was delicious. There was so much to do and also just lounging by the pool was relaxing and rejuvenating."
