「Overall great place with ideal privacy. But really no hot water for showers and no AC.」

「We booked six nights for two adults and three children. The pool was fine. The home itself is worn down. The tile in the house is broken, unlevel, and a tripping hazard. The kitchen needs to be refreshed and out of date food items thrown out and new kitchen pans and cooking utensils purchased. Towels are all old and mismatched. The dining table chairs are rickety and there is not enough seating for five people to eat at the dining table. The place is advertised as sleeping five but there is one...

「This property worked well for our visit to CA. Judy and Beau made us feel welcome and safe at this property. We were in town for a sports event not far away from Cardiff and this worked well for myself and two kids. The home was well stocked with the home away from home items to assist in our stay. Their communication was great and they are so kind and responsive. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area. Thank you for having us!」

「Perfect property! Steps away from the beach, stores and restaurants. Quaint neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Bed was very comfortable.」

「Condo was very clean and only steps to the beach and several good places to eat. Michael, our host, was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again! Check-in super easy.」

「Lots of room! Pool was great!」

「Overall, very comfortable studio condo: very clean, nice furniture, and pretty well stocked kitchen. Resort complex is beautiful, meticulously maintained and lovely pool. Balcony is deceptively small and not really very user friendly. Hot water was also minimal. It is located near the main resort entrance, so a bit nosey for me....lots of landscaping maintenance, but great for the property. 」

「Go for the location alone! The patio is right on Mission Beach, directly on the boardwalk, and the views are fantastic. There’s also a wall A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom, which was a nice bonus if you want a cool place to relax or sleep after a day at the beach.」

「Love this location. Units are updated and very clean. We’ve stayed here 5x and to come back many more times.」

「Lovely home. Note that the upstairs rooms need to be accessed via an exterior staircase.」

「This incredibly charming guest room never felt anything but a private cozy hideaway. With its own entrance, restroom, and accommodating host - we felt so fortunate to have found the perfect home-away-from-home for our trip. The island is a beautiful slice of Americana, and the host George was accommodating and available any time we needed without ever feeling like we were imposing on him. With an incredibly fair price, Swiss Army knife of amenities, and in such an incredible location no matter...

「2 people would have to sleep on a blow up bed. Received mosquito bites」

「Such a great location and nice place- we thoroughly enjoyed it. I loved how all the kitchen drawers and cupboards were labeled with what was inside them. Such a great convenience! Amazing view!!」

「Rebecca is a good host and seeks to be responsive. The house is expansive and very accommodating. Our family had a great time there. The beach view and access are excellent. Parking is great.」

「Amanda, the owner, was very difficult to communicate with. The property was advertised having the amenities of paper towels and toilet paper. Upon our arrival, we were notified that a “starter kit” was provided. This interaction with Amanda tainted the trip.」

「Great place for a big family or multiple families to get together. Had a wonderful week with our grandchildren. Excellent location. Close to beach and great restaurants. Outstanding patio to hang out with everyone.」
