"This small (10 rm) boutique-like hotel was a neighborhood gem! Close to everything in Green Point. Wonderful staff; best breakfast I’ve ever had traveling. (included). Would return in a minute. Our room had sea view of Robben Island. "

"A lovely greeting from Carly on arrival with the offer of complimentary refreshments and nibbles which was very nice. Parking was excellent as we were able to make use of the garage throughout our stay.
Very comfortable room and bathroom with excellent shower and bath (albeit we didnt use the bath). The only downside was the lack of storage in the room which was a bit tight.
We were offered a late checkout on our room on the last day by Carly which was very useful and appreciated.

"Truly fantastic stay, everything was perfect. Both Sam and Michael who run the place, and all of the staff, were incredibly nice, attentive and helpful. The home-cooked breakfast was delicious, pool area nice, clean and cozy, rooms were excellent and clean with good air condition. We always felt safe and well taken care of in this little sanctuary, with a great location in Sea point. Even the other guests were super-nice, greeting each other when passing. "First of all the staff are lovely, the welcome I received and the check ins each day to ask what I had planned were much appreciated. The room was perfect for what I needed, might have been a bit tight for two with luggage. The parking is good, I didn’t struggle to get a space either in the courtyard or on the driveway at the front even returning late at night. Breakfast was good with plenty of fresh fruit."

"The hotel is close to restaurants, including 2 in the building. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again when visiting Capetown."

"Quiet and comfort! I slept well for the first time in a year. I really liked this hotel. Had a quiet room facing table mountain, a lovely tub (no water restriction at this time) and managed to have a restful night's sleep. Walkable distance to where I needed to be. Breakfast was incredible and chef accommodated my order (half-sized breakfast). Alternative milk options are available. And lovely and accommodating staff. All round a great spot to stay."

"The location cannot be beat! Best location for V&A waterfront - we stayed 5 nights. Staff are incredibly welcoming. Nice restaurant/bar and lobby. Hop On/Off bus Stop #2 is right across from the main door. Rooms are clean; lots of space for unpacking. The bathroom is part of the decor/ style of the room, but suggest some shelving for toilettries which could easily be installed under the vanity and one is needed in the shower. The door to the washroom is opaque and has a gap between opaque glass and doorframe, so uncomfortable when travelling with a friend versus a spouse. Loved the coffee maker in the room - like a Nespresso - and plenty of drinking water which was so appreciated. I will recommend this hotel and would defintely stay again."
"Overall, I truly enjoyed my time at this property. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. They always made me feel welcomed and were very helpful. The room was phenomenal too - especially my view of table mountain. This place was well worth the money!"
"The hotel and staff are absolutely fantastic. Every single person who works here is friendly. The food is delicious and the rooms are beautiful. We would highly recommend this hotel. "
