Very nice place

Loved this place! It was super clean and modern, with everything we needed. Bonus points for the washer and dryer – so convenient! We even saw deer right outside the door, which was a really cool surprise. You can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the front door, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great stay!

Fantastic house!

Stayed 3 nights. Beautiful house with nice view of ocean in front. Kitchen had everything we needed including spices. BBQ on side patio. Primary bedroom and bathroom were great. Super comfortable bed and cozy fireplace. Hot tub was a bonus after long day of hiking. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful home, ridiculous fees

The property itself was very nice. Beware, the hot tub is just outside of the bedrooms and the motor noise can disturb your sleep. Won’t be using VRBO-Vacasa again, the fees are ridiculous! Almost 50% of the total cost comprised of: “ Additional charges”, Cleaning fees Hot Tub Fees Booking Fees Resort Fee Service Fee And finally Tax Just seems arbitrary and over the top! We will be waiting until this travel craze dies down and companies like VRBO won’t be able to get away with these practices. Consumers have to start saying NO!

Amazing House and Location; Terrible Check-in

The house and location are spectacular and just as advertised. However, the check in process was awful. I was given the code but it did not work. It was pouring rain and there was no reception. Once I was able to get in contact with Vacasa, they offered no help and insisted the code was correct. They accused me of being at the wrong house. After getting in contact with the local team, they admitted the code was incorrect. We spent in an hour in the rain trying to get in. After I was able to get in the house, I asked how they could remedy the awful experience and wasting out time with wrong information. The communication went dark and I have gotten no response. Aside from the check-in fiasco, the house and location are absolutely gorgeous.

Beautiful home - perhaps not for senior citizens

Modern Sea 2 Links is beautiful and well appointed home. However - the homeowners request no shoes be worn in the home, which I do understand. Additionally, there is a small step down into the dining and kitchen area that can be hard to distinguish for some. These two items can be a challenge for seniors. Just something to be aware of.

Great spot!

This place is great. It has a really well appointed kitchen, is super clean, comfortable and redone. The only thing not updated is the primary bath, but it's very clean and functional. It has a beautiful view of the ocean over the meadow and the proximity to the golf course was great for my husband and girls. We had a great time, will be back. Lots of separation between the two bedrooms. A really well laid out and stocked spot. We've been to Sea Ranch over a dozen times, this was our fav spot yet.

A Serene Getaway

We had a wonderful few days at this rental. It was just as described and had everything we could have needed. The house was clean, modern and comfortable. The fireplaces were nice, convenient and quite toasty. The kitchen and grill were great and the hot tub under the stars was a wonderful, relaxing way to end the evenings. We have stayed at a number of Sea Ranch rentals and this is one we can't wait to do again.

Comfortable, cozy, and steps from the ocean!

The home’s layout provides plenty of privacy between bedrooms and has a great kitchen and dining space for entertaining! Beds were comfortable, fireplaces were very cozy, and the hot tub under the stars was definitely a highlight!

Fabulous House with a Great View

You won't be disappointed renting this house. It has gorgeous views and is well equipped. The one down side is Vacasa Rental Agency. They are unyielding with zero flexibility. The fireplace quit working after day #2 and was never repaired, after a week stay. The check in time of 4pm is tolerable IF the check out time was 11am or Noon. Disappointed with Vacasa. Frustrating to rent through VRBO and only find Vacasa homes at The Sea Ranch.

Perfect Week Away!

This was the perfect house for our family of 6 to get away for a week. The house was very clean (something super important to us because we have little kids who still roll around on the floor!). Perfect location with a short walk to the ocean trails. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen wonderfully stocked with any cooking utensil needed. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful Couples Retreat

Recently remodeled two bedroom, tow bath home with an updated kitchen, (All new appliances, including a wine fridge). In the 30 years that my wife and I have been coming to Sea Ranch we have rented many lovely homes. "Modern Ocean View" ranks number one.
