This oceanfront 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is spacious and can accommodate up to 6 guests - making it perfect for family and friends visiting the Sea Ranch. The bluff trail is steps away and takes you on a path with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. A short car ride will take you to Gualala where there are great restaurants and local shops.
Neel Nirvana is tastefully decorated with selected pieces of antique furniture and antique Persian rugs. On the first floor, glass wall panels create a sunny room to relax in. A table set and lounge chair in the sunroom face a rose garden. A washer and dryer are conveniently equipped, handy for any swimsuits. An elegant white kitchen is prepared to help the chef cook anything from tasty snacks to mouthwatering meals or head to the side patio for the propane BBQ grill.
Walk up a few steps to the living room. New high-speed fiber-optic internet is installed at the home! Plush seating circles a fireplace and mounted smart TV installed with the Sling application for streaming TV options. The TV pulls off the wall to be angled as desired. A DVD player is also there for your enjoyment. Please do bring your Duraflame logs to the house for use in the fireplace. Bay window seating also offers space to recline and daydream while gazing over the blue water.
We make the beds and leave out 100% cotton towels for your stay. The master bedroom upstairs is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, TV with Firestick & DVD player, and attached bathroom. Getting ready in the stunning master bathroom is tranquil with his-and-her sinks, a Jacuzzi bathtub, and shower that faces the ocean. Two other bedrooms are downstairs. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, and features a meadow and ocean view. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids, with 2 Twin-sized beds, a TV, and a variety of books and games - again with a meadow and ocean view. There is an additional second bathroom downstairs with a shower/tub combo for guests to share.
The private back deck is a picture-perfect area to have a drink or spend time with loved ones. Reclining chairs are kept in the garage for your use. The garage also offers solar power, backup battery power walls and an electric car charger! Neel Nirvana will leave you refreshed and wishing your stay in the Sea Ranch could be even longer.
The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use.
The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website. The trails and beaches are open.
