「This is a very small but well designed cottage in the yard of a larger house that is also rented as a vacation property. This is a a good neighborhood in a great location. However, the cottage is on a wooded lot and is very damp. There is a strong mold/mildew odor. The owner has apparently recognized this and placed a scent dispenser in the unit that only makes things worse. Also, there are appliances (hot plate, electric kettle) plugged into an extension cord that is plugged into a power strip....

「Cute little rooms backed off the hwy so quiet also. If the had quicker communication between Vacsa and the off site manager things would be smoother. We had a bathroom issue that seemed to take a long time to work out while we are trying to leave for son's wedding But these cute little rooms are comfortable, clean and have extra towels!! 「We had a great time at the Mount Walker Inn. It's located in a cute, quaint town. The place was super clean and it was exactly as advertised in the listing. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of space as a family of 4. The bathroom and shower were small, but we managed just fine. We would stay again. My only complaint is that they advertise themselves to be pet -friendly, but when I reached out about bringing our dog, I was told the pet fee would be 186. The total for our one-night stay...

"Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. "
