“Very clean and well furnished duplex apartment, could have been stocked a little better in the kitchen, ice maker did not work, toilet roll missing in the bathroom. Very aggressive dog that lives next door. My dog was terrified to go outside, but nice area in the front side and back to let her out. Very easy walk to the beach along a public access area which was right in front of the house. Quiet Street, backs up to pickleball courts and a dog park. Very nice place to take my dog to get……

“The location was excellent. Away from the Center Street commotion. Wonderful access to the beach There were several units at 810 E Artic so it would have been helpful to have the A, B or C designation in the listing. The WiFi didn’t work even after ensuring that I had the correct password. One of the ice trays was cracked so it leaked in the freezer. The ice bin was severely cracked. The kitchen sinks did not drain properly so it was a good thing that we didn’t do any cooking. I tried……

“The neighborhood was walking friendly and everyone was very welcoming. You could walk to restaurants and shops and also to the beach. Perfect little get away.”

“Quaint Charleston apartment, tight staircase, clean, very near shopping, lovely to have a washer and dryer. The host was extremely responsive which was important when we discovered the center support of the king size bed was unattached to the frame. They came out and fixed it while we were out for the day and we felt much more secure sleeping on it. Beds were comfy.”

“We had 2 couples that stayed in this property for an extended weekend. It was absolutely perfect. The communication with the property manager was flawless and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location was great -- a short walk from King St. My wife and I are runners, so we had a great location to run around the entire peninsula. Just love the architecture and history of Charleston. A 5-star vacation in every way. ”

“I was extremely pleased with my experience. The location is amazing. Close enough to King Streee to make it easily accessible, but far enough that you aren't bothered by the crowds. I want to note that there was a slight hiccup upon arrival. However, the host was deeply apologetic and worked diligently to correct the issue. I was was very pleased with the responsiveness and how the matter was resolved. I would have no hesitation staying at the property again. 5/5 Stars!”
